The main difference between contract manufacturing and toll manufacturing is that the toll manufacturer is provided with the production facilities and raw materials or rents them. On the other hand, the contract manufacturer is the owner of the plant and procures the main and secondary materials himself.

As a contract manufacturer, Emerell serves manufacturers of raw materials, semi-finished products, or end products, but also customers who use emulsion polymers for paints, varnishes, coatings and adhesives. Basically, however, completely different branches of industry are served, which only have the technologies for manufacturing the products in common.

Emerell is suitable for large companies and SMEs that want to outsource parts of their production. In addition, Emerell is interesting for start-ups that do not have their own production facilities.

A security screening is carried out in advance for each new project. The raw materials used are checked and the feasibility of the existing systems is assessed. One elimination criterion is CMR raw materials. Solvents are largely excluded in production. Emerell manufactures and tests according to customer specifications - both the raw materials and the end products. Customer-specific tests are also possible. In addition, a reference sample is drawn for each raw material. Emerell has ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Ecovardis certification (silver status).

Emerell covers the entire spectrum of a full-service provider - from the procurement of all initial components to delivery to the end customer. There is also the possibility of expanding projects with existing customers.
